2. Legal framework
This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines and other applicable provisions issued by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), as well as the applicable data-protection regulations of the State of Nuevo Le贸n.

For the purposes set out in this Notice, we may collect:
- Identification and contact data: name, company, email, phone and/or WhatsApp, country or destination.
- Commercial and operational data: product of interest, size, estimated volume, purchase frequency and the messages you send us.
- Browsing data: technical information collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
JC Frut does not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
4. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):
- Handling quote, contact and supplier requests.
- Preparing and sending export product quotes.
- Managing the commercial, logistics and follow-up relationship.
- Complying with legal and contractual obligations.
Secondary purposes (not necessary, require your consent):
- Sending commercial information, promotions and news.
- Satisfaction surveys and statistical purposes.
If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, email us at sales@jcfrut.com. Your refusal will not affect the services you request.

Your data may be transferred, without requiring your consent in the cases set out in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, to competent authorities when legally required and to logistics, transport and service providers needed to fulfill the export operation you request, always protecting confidentiality. Any other transfer will require your consent.
6. ARCO rights and consent withdrawal
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights) and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send your request to sales@jcfrut.com including your name and contact, proof of identity, and a clear description of the data and right involved. We will respond within the time frames set by the LFPDPPP.

You may limit the use or disclosure of your data by contacting the email above.
